About

My artistic journey began with a simple brushstroke and a deep love of colour. As an Australian artist based in Melbourne, my practice is grounded in creating work that feels honest, emotional, and considered.

With a background in graphic design, I bring a strong sense of composition and layering to my paintings. I work mainly with the human face and form, using line, colour, and texture to explore identity and feeling rather than exact likeness.

My practice moves freely between painting, sculpture, mixed media, digital art, printmaking and illustration. The work is unapologetically colourful, a quiet rebellion against the muted, a study in how joy holds its own shape on a canvas.

My work often sits between realism and abstraction. Through paint, drips, vertical lines and fractured colour, I explore how identity shifts and changes over time.

I begin each piece intuitively, letting colour and gesture lead before structure arrives. The result is work that feels lived in: full of mark, of decision and undecision, of layered second thoughts left visible on the surface.

At the heart of my practice is curiosity about people and the complexity of self. I am always experimenting in the studio, pushing materials and techniques to create work that feels authentic and meaningful, and reflects ongoing personal and artistic growth.

Originals are released regularly through the studio. Commissions are open for private collectors and interiors who want a piece made specifically for a place, a feeling, or a wall that needs a little more colour.
